Mutual divorce related issues need to be resolved

I have applied for mutual divorce as my husband treats me in abusive manner. But now I want to withdraw the mutual divorce. What the other party can do? I am hindu by religion

if you withdraw mutual divorce it will be termed as cruelty on your part instead put a petition to convert it to contested divorce thats a better option than ever you can opt for alimony and a house more detailed history needed pls dont file multiple cases first understand it

According to your query, you stated that you have applied for mutual divorce .But you did not mention the statute under which you have applied for divorce by mutual consent whether is it under Special marriage Act or Hindu Marriage Act . firstly you have to mention the same and secondly You have to clear the present status of the case .
