02-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Both me and my wife want to have mutual divorce amicably. We have a daughter of 1 year age and she will stay with her mother. We have no disputes or claims or negotiations or alimony issues. She will live on her own and if possible, i will help her voluntarily. No fixed alimony, no demand. How much it would cost and how many days it would take?
