Mutual Divorce is not happening

20-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is very stubborn. Neither he is ready to give alimony ,nor mutually divorce so far. Even he is not ready to accept that he is impotent too. He denys all the facts. In fact he has not taken my responsibility in last 3.6 years since i got married. The kind of torture he and his family has given to me that made me patient too. Whereas not only gulcoma, hydrocephalus and i have a double vision problem and i am forced to work because i do not have who can take care of me and my aged parents.

For claiming your maintenance you need to file a case under section 125 CrPC. And if you are facing harassment then you can also file your complaint under the domestic violence act. And if your husband is not giving you divorce mutually then you must go for the contested. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if your husband is not willing to go for mutual divorce you can always go for filing a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. alongwith the said petition you can also file a separate case claiming maintenance and you can also file a complaint against your husband and his family members in the CAW cell of your area. for further queries please feel free to contact
