Mutual Divorce in hindu dharm , want process fast within 1-3 months

Mein aur meri wife ka 2 saal se 498a , dv ka case chal rahe thee , lekin ab mutual divorce ke liye hum ready hein
But meine apne firozabad court mein different lawyer se baat kia , sabhi ne kaha ki 6 months ka time gap ke saath 2nd motion lagega aur uske baad alag se 2 months
Yaani total 8 months lagegaa
Please meri koi help karoo jisse mutual divorce 2-3 months ke ander ho jae
Kyunki abhi wife party ka dimag sahi hai ager 8 months kya dimag ban jae koi pata nahi hai

if you want mutual divorce then file it before the court concerned thereafter you file an application for exemption for cooling period and if court allows then it is okay if reject then challenge before high court and get the order from there.
