Q: Sexual harassment, physical, verbal , financial, emotional abuse

कई वर्षों से मुझे अपने परिवार द्वारा शारीरिक,मानसिक,मौखिक,आर्थिक हिंसा झेलनी पड़ी है। मुझे थप्पड़ मारे,मुक्कों से पीटा,बाल खींचे कई बार बेहोशी तक हुई। मासिक धर्म के दौरान भी बुनियादी ज़रूरतें नहीं दी गईं। मेरे साथ यौन उत्पीड़न हुआ बिना सहमति के जबरन चूमना शरीर के निजी हिस्सों को अनुचित रूप से छूना। पैसे रोके गए और मेरी शिक्षा, नौकरी व स्वतंत्र रूप से रहने के फैसलों को दबाया। मैं वयस्क हूँ, फिर भी शिकायत करने पर मुझे धमकाया जा रहा है सहायता नहीं मिल रही।मुझे तत्काल सुरक्षा और कानूनी मदद चाहिए।

जैसा कि आपने बताया कि आप अपने परिवार द्वारा आप पर किए जा रहे अत्याचार, प्रताड़ना व हिंसा झेल रही हैं और आप अपनी मर्जी से जीवन व्यतीत नहीं कर पा रही हैं।ऐसे में आपको बिल्कुल भी डरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। संविधान हमें पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता देता है कि हम किसी से भी डरे बिना जैसे चाहें अपना जीवन विधिक रूप से व्यतीत कर सकते हैं।परिवार द्वारा आपसे हिंसक व अत्याचारी बर्ताव पूरी तरह से गैर कानूनी है।आप को चाहिए कि तुरंत पुलिस की सहायता लें। ऐसी स्थिति में पुलिस आपकी पूर्ण रूप से सहायता करेगी। फिर आप किसी विधिक परामर्शदाता से संपर्क कर उचित कानूनी कार्यवाही कर सकतीं हैं।

Q: A three year old Child slapped by his school teacher

I saw in my mobile school's cctv camera a teacher slapping my 3 year old kid who is the student of nursery in school. I don't have recording of the incident. Wat action should I take against the teacher n the management?

Slapping a 3 years old cannot be forgiven at all.you need to keep the proofs handy and talk to the witnesses. then you. can file a police complaint.you can use the school.you can complaint to the DIOS of your district.you could complain directly to the District Magistrate.Hope it helps.

Q: Fraud by a PSU Bank - False Information for Property Auction

A bank auction a property as 1240 sq ft super built up area. Post winning the auction, and making the payment ( registry not done), Icame to know that the property was of much lower super built area - app 885 sqft and bank had wrongly advertised. The bank is saying that theyhave sold the property on as is where is whatsoever it is basis and even if they have falisfied information, they will not be cancelling the auction and refunding the money. Pls advise on what legal recourse can be taken

That deed of the Bank does seem fraudulent in the first instance, since bank is required to provide the details of the auctioning property and inform the potential customers of the area, structure, furniture etc inclusive of the auction, etc.if the bank did not took care of that and fraudulently sold you a smaller piece of the property which you did not had any intention to purchase, then you have rights protecting you.the execution process would still be pending in the court, so you need to file objections as early as possible.you could also sue the bank personally for fraud and loss of property and recover damages.you could also complain about the same before the various benches and tribunals concerned with the matter.get in touch with a qualified and expert advocate and have a proper consultation.

Q: related distribution of land between co shareholders

can a property farm land distributed between three share holders a long time ago and they are using accordingly ,if someone wants to seperate his land from others what can he do and what fees required. if others not wants what they can do to stop.

If partition was not formalised through documentary procedure but in practice it was divided earlier, then you have two ways to get it partitioned.1. All the three shareholders or their heirs could get together and formalise a registered agreement to that effect.2. if the solution as provided earlier is not possible, then you can get your property partitioned by the civil court.

Q: I have a different address on the adhar and marksheet of class 10.

Can I get into some trouble if my address on adhar is different than address on Class 10 marksheet.Only village is changed on the adhar .District and state is same .

class 10th marksheet is important for date of birth etc., but it is considered a proof of address since the address of a person can change many times though his life.so don't worry, its all going to be fine. Although I have never heard that of matriculation certificates also carries the address of the student.but keep in mind that you should keep your address updated on you aadhar card whenever it changes.
