My wife sent me a advocate notice for mutual divorce, I asked to proceed, now her lawyer prepared petition but now I came to know that my wife is not ready to sign the petition. What will I do in this situation.

do you have proof of the fact that your wife had stated the same to you and send her a legal notice in that regard as to why did she change her mind suddenly and why is she putting you through mental stress and agony

you should go to her, have some time, try to make it stable, finish the dispute, get her back to home, if she is not ready to come back, then file a case of 97 crpc in SDM court, she will get a notice, appear to court and magistrate will ask her the reason and it can fbe fixed
