first you have to make an appeal under the same court to set aside the exparte order. without your appearance or to set aside the order no mutual consent divorce can be filed before the trail court, the person has not clearly mentioned what is the status of the case

Hello sir I got a mutual divorce in 2009 at Madurai family court. I could not find my case number in the court service app or website. Why?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to find your case number in the court system's website or app. Here are a few possible explanations:

- Technical issues: It is possible that there is a technical issue with the website or app that is preventing your case number from appearing. You may want to try accessing the site or app from a different device or network to see if that resolves the issue.
- Time elapsed: If your case was filed a long time ago, it is possible that the case number has been archived or removed from the court's online system due to the passage of time. In such cases, you may need to contact the court directly to obtain information about your case.
- Error in entering details: It is possible that there was an error in the information you entered when searching for your case number on the website or app. Double-check that you have entered all the details correctly, such as the correct spelling of your name and the year the case was filed.
- Confidentiality: In some cases, court cases are kept confidential, and the details of the case may not be available online. If your case was sealed by the court or if it involved sensitive information, it may not be accessible through the online system.

If you are still unable to find your case number using the court's online system, you may want to contact the court directly to inquire about your case.
