05-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Now wife is going for highcourt to reopen mutual cases and putting false cases on me to get revenge as per her family members force. What are the cases she can put after mutual consent divorce decree passed by the district family court.

she can file criminal case, property case if property exists in your name or in your family members name, and maintenance case, after mutual decree. but before filling there are two options she has to file the cases by reopening mutual cases or file separate cases . she can file cases against you and your family matters depending upon the contents of the mutual agreement...she can't file against the contents of the mutual agreement done before the court and signed by both parties

Dear Sir, You must contest such reopening case which may be filed before High Court and see that it is not reopened. Normally, mutual divorce cases cannot be reopened if any such adverse order is passed then approach Supreme Court. Secondly, whenever she files any other cases then immediately approach High Court and get a stay order.

if a judgement is past and decree of the same is drawn High Court will not order re-opening the mutual divorce case nor will cancel it unless you are farmer wife shows a fraud being played up on her.
