HELLO
ME AND MY WIFE HAS FILED MUTUAL DIVORCE PETITION AND ALSO SIGNED MOU AS PER OUR TERMS AND DISCUSSIONS AND SUBMITTED TO OUR FAMILY LAWYER.
BUT NOW FOR TIME PERIOD , MY WIFE HAS FILED A COMPLAINT AT OUR LOCAL POLICE STATION AGAINST ME FOR FRAUD AND MENTAL TORTURE
AND SHE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS THAT SHE DOESN'T TRUST ME AND SHE FILED A COMPLAINT AND ALSO SHE GAVE ME IN WRITTEN ON STAMP PAPER THAT SHE WILL WITHDRAWL COMPLAINT AS SOON AS WE PRESENT ON FIRST MOTION AND TILL THE DIVORCE IS CONCLUDED.
SO I WANT TO KNOW IS THERE ANYTHING NEGATIVE CAN GO AGAINST ME
Firstly your lawyer should have filed it on the same day and there should not be any delay.
There can be if she backs out as notary won’t be a valid ground. And criminal case can only het quashed.

this is a clear case of contempt, when she has signed over an undertaking before the court , she has settled before the court, she cannot approach any authority now. this is a case where wives play such complaints in order to harrass and extract more money. you must file a contempt petition against her in the court and provide a copy of your settlement with her, to the police officials
