Mutual Divorce by consent from both the parties

Hi My wife has asked for a mutual consent divorce and has sent the divorce papers. Kindly let us know if could proceed with the divorce based on the paper sent. Also let us know what points to keep in mind before appearing before the court.

If both of you are ready for a mutual divorce, petition can be filed before the Family Court. After filing the petition both of you will be called for counselling. After six month of the petition both of you should file the affidavit.

Hello ,r u ready for divorce ,then u settle all the claims, monetary claim, then about ur children, then write a mutual divorce petition sigh both of u, and file the case before concerned family court sherasthadar, present there with proper ID card, then ur case is posted for a date for after six month and counseling also
