Currently, my wife and I have not been on speaking terms for the past six months, and she has recently arranged for a movers and packers service to retrieve all her belongings from our shared residence. am keen on finding a peaceful resolution without resorting to legal proceedings. My primary objective is to close this chapter of my life as harmoniously as possible.

Hello. Very Glad to know that you wish to settle the matter amicably. 1. Consider the dispute at hand- What was the reason why both of you stopped talking to each other. Is it a serious issue that marriage cannot be continued or a normal difference of opinion. 2. Consider whether there is a possibility of cohabitation: If in case there is a possibility of cohabitation, seek the help of a mediator. mediator is an unbiased person who can provide amicable solution. As it is when you approach for Divorce Court guides for counsellings 3. If no possiblity of cohabitation and both of you wants to separate then divorce by mutual consent. it takes 6 months and since consensus will be there marriage will be closed amicably. for further guidance I would like to know more about your case.
