My mediation is scheduled for tomorrow so I want to know what can I speak out in mediation process
Dear Sir,
In mediation the mediators wish confirm whether your mutual divorce proposal is genuine and bonafide. They try to convince you to continue the marriage. If you unable to convince them then they will ask you to come on another date. Be firm on your grounds for mutual divorce.

Don't worry. if it is for first time mediation, it will be introductory. they will explain about the mediation process and about your introduction. Don't make process for any settlement at this stage as it may be disadvantageous to you. There will further mediation sessions. It would be advantageous and helpful if an advocate accompany with you. Advocate will aid you to gain and get what is your rights.
