Mutual Consent Divorce question

08-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had a very turbulent marriage for a year. My in-laws/wife have said that they have filed for mutual Consent Divorce. my marriage is not really court registered, but temple registered. (Hindu Marriage). people I know are saying that the in-laws are just threatening and would not have filed divorce. Is there any way to find out if I have been issued a notice?

the notice shall be issued by the court itself. the person has to wait for the service of notice. the in laws my threatened the person to make the person in a confused mind. if the person needs he may file a case of divorce proceedings at his own
