Mutual consent divorce lack of intimacy

Ii have few concerns regarding filing a divorce. I have been in to marriage for 8 years lack of intimacy by me . I have asked my husband to file divorce. But he is not ready to pay me also.

Well, if your Hubby is not ready to file for Divorce and give you Maintenance, then, you can file for a Unilateral Divorce and ask for the Maintenance from your Husband on grounds like, that, you were and are totally dependent upon him.

Well, if your Hubby is not ready to give Divorce to you along with alimony, then, you have to file a Unilateral Divorce under the concerned provisions of the personal law applicable to you in India and have to demand alimony too.
