Mutual consent divorce in love marriage

Hi Me and My husband got married on june 17th 2022. It was a love marriage. But after staying for one year we faced difficulties in our marriage. Like compatibility issues, financial problems and sharing of responsibilities etc. We decided to separate now and would like to know the procedure and how we can expedite it.

hi if you want to both separate from the marital life due to the differences between you both tjen you both could file divorce by mutual consent which would expediete it and that are you both staying separately or living together

We can help you in getting Mutual divorce and you can approach us and we file a petition at court and we get the divorce for you , for this we need documents like both wife and husband Aadhar card, marriage certificate or wedding card , marriage photo, photos ...after we get we file in court and get the mutual divorce

Joint petition for dissolution of marriage for a decree of divorce is presented to the Family Court by both the spouses on the ground stating that they have not been able to reconcile the differences and live together. Thus, have mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage or they have been living separately for a period of one year or more. This petition has to be signed by both the parties. Requirement of Documents for filing Mutual Divorce Petition: Address Proof - Husband and Wife. Identity Proof Husband and Wife. Two Passport Size Photographs- 1husband and Wife Four Photographs of Marriage. Marriage Card. Memorandum of Understanding. Evidence of Staying separately for a year. Marriage Certificate (If registered)
