Mutual Consent Divorce filed but still hoping to get it withdraw

07-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got divorce decision from my wife after a marriage duration of 2.5 yrs. At start I have asked them for the reason & they have no genuine reason except conflict of interest of girl. However I have accepted & agreed all the conditions of girl & ask them to patch up to save the relationship. But girls parents are supportive to girl to take the divorce on mutual consent. In last week we have filed the mutual consent divorce to court. Is there any still hope to get patch up without getting them in trouble. I understand the relationship is already get so many issues, but still I am ready to resolve all those. but at final it depends on girl. Please advise.

You have only filed the petition and it hasn't reached the finality. You can still withdraw the petition. After filing there is a stage of counseling and then evidence on oath and then the judgement/decree. so you still have a chance to stop it.

That's very good and one should really appreciate your way of thinking about relationship. As per the provisions of law if any party is not willing to give divorce then court can't pass order of mutual consent. You can keep your side before court marriage councillors that you don't want divorce.
