Yes. But firstly needed to know your religion first. If you are Hindu then it will be filed according to a diiferent provision of law and for a different religion, it's as per different provision of law.

Foreign couple is of what nationality?? Are They Indian passport holders??Where the marriage was solemnized in India??Generally law of land prevails over its citizens,but in exceptional circumstances things can work out too,Therefore these questions are to be answered to get a relevant answer.

It would be essential to know of the time period they spent in India before this question is answered. This includes questions of their past, current and future status of residence and citizenship. The domicile of the parties is of significance with respect to matters of marriage and divorce.

Once the said is known, we may be able to find out if they may be able to file for divorce in India or not.

One have Indian Nationality according to India law for mutual law of divorce. Please send me full particulars of both parties after inspection I can give the right responsefor mutual divorce. So one party should be compulsory have Nationality of India.
