Muslim man Divorce to wife court or Wakaf Board

Hi Sir, My wife is doing cruel acts with against parents and sisters and threatening to file false cases on me. I have every recording of her voice and what’s up chat of her as back up. I have complained the same in local police station. I would like to know as a husband how I could send talaq to my wife. Do i need to go to wakaf board and send talaq nama or should I approach to Lawyer for sending talaq to my wife as per the current talaq process for 3 times in the span of 3 months. Is it necessary as Muslim husband, I have to go to civil courts and file divorce petition by the help of lawyer. Or I can send talaq on the notary document and with the help of lawyer every month for three times. Request to suggest the approach to proceed further. Thank you Ahmed.
