Muslim Divorce and Remarriage Issue

Does a muslim nikah if registered under Special Marriage Act 1954 sect 16 requires court decree for dissolution or will it be sufficient to send a legal notice to wife mentioning Talaqul hasan?

the provisions of special marriage override yourpersonal law i.e.muslum law hence different procedure is prescribed and not talaqul hasan. grounds have to be built and court dissolution is obvious. consult us with material papers for further legal advise.

If marriage registered under special Marriage Act . The sharia doesn't apply on that. it is must to take divorce decree from the competent court of law. Marriage performed under sharia can take divorce ad or shariah

special Marriage Act If the marriage is performed under special Marriage Act and if you want to go for divorce then there will be a procedure under divorce under special Marriage Act only but there are some claus which you have to go according to Islamic Sharia you cannot send a divorce notice to her
