move court hearing set Nov 5 for divorce filed by my husband to Pune

My husband and his parents have been harrassing me for the last 4 years since I stopped giving my salary to my father in law. I'm constantly subjected to extreme mental and emotional stress due to the rumours they spread about me . I have received no mentaory assistance in taking care of our son. Now he has filed a divorce petition in another state with false claims. I need advise on whether I can move the court hearing to Pune instead of Kerala . I received a letter yesterday to appear in court in Kerala on Nov 5
