Can a modification of child maintenance be made to the decree 5 yrs after divorce has been granted?

yes a decree can be modified if the circumstances of the cases is changed you have file the petition before the court for modification of decree and mentioned the circumstances of change regarding money problem or any other problem

Depends if you are not remarried to any one then you can seek for maintenance for you and your child or mother of the the child is deceased then on part of the minor the his/her legal guardian can claim for the maintainence
