Q: Medical Fraudulent done without any prior information before marriage.

Hi,nMy name is Prashant and I got married in 21st of June 2022. My issue is before marriage I don't know about the medical issues with my wife, and they didn't ever told me about this even after asking. My wife is having a genetic problem in right hand side leg which can not be treated, moreover their family members are also not clearing the thing about this medical issue.

before marriage if they have conceald the fact regarding health issues or some serious disease of your wife you can file for judicial separation on that ground and after that you can file for divorce .and I'd the family member are not telling you the truth then you can take to your wife to doctors and fi d out what's the problem with her then your queries will be defined and by that process you can take relief from the court

Q: Modification to divorce decree 5 yrs after divorce

Can a modification of child maintenance be made to the decree 5 yrs after divorce has been granted?

yes a decree can be modified if the circumstances of the cases is changed you have file the petition before the court for modification of decree and mentioned the circumstances of change regarding money problem or any other problem

yes you can take bail in that matters and if you want to settle the amount you can ask for time from the court regarding payment of the cheques on question and if you want to take bail you have to appear in court and bring one jamnati for yourself who can fulfill your bail bond and bail condition on behalf of yours.

Dear Sir / Madam, How much total cost and time is involved for filing mutual consent divorce in Gurgaon / Delhi courts? All divorce filling expenses are borne by wife or husband? Can wife ask for compensation for marriage expenses and gifts given during marriage.

mutual consent divorce are in file in family court and its take a time of one year . at first it will be filing if case I.e called 1st motion and after that date will be given by court of six months . yes, wife can claim alimony from husband and case filing fees can be bear by both parties or one that is basic matters

Yes you can get divorce by filing petition of divorce but since you are saying that you get married on 13th december. So it does not completed the timing which require for the divorve though at first you should charge him for moleatatuon and others grounds and then you can file the petituon for divorce...contact me
