If customers get their vehicles serviced at an automobile service center, should the center provide complete details regarding the correct grade of engine oil used in the invoice

yes service centre is mandatory give every details of serviced parts used in service and the oil used in service should be mentioned in the bill of service and if the service centre doesn't give every details of bill you can file case in legal consumer form first' you have to give legal notice to service centre

“सर, 2007 में मेरे पापा ने ₹16,000 लेकर अपने भाई के पास दुकान गिरवी रखी थी। एक लिखित कागज बना था कि 5 साल में पैसे वापस नहीं दिए तो दुकान उनकी हो जाएगी। लेकिन कोई रजिस्ट्री नहीं हुई। 2 गवाह अभी ज़िंदा हैं जो कहते हैं कि दुकान बेची नहीं गई थी, सिर्फ गिरवी रखी गई थी। क्या इस केस में दुकान वापस मिल सकती है और हमें क्या करना चाहिए?”

How to proceed since I didn't send any notice to tenant so far and neither lease has been renewed. Shall I send notice myself or through lawyer. How much likely to cost if need arises for eviction proceedings.

first give legal notice to vacate and after that file a case in court under rent control and if you want to continue the tenant then raise a contract with increasing rent, or if you want to remove tenant first and foremost give legal notice through advocate and the cost of filing case with legal notice depend on state and various lawyers fees structure

Q: Medical Fraudulent done without any prior information before marriage.

My issue is before marriage I don't know about the medical issues with my wife, and they didn't ever told me about this even after asking. My wife is having a genetic problem in right hand side leg which can not be treated, moreover their family members are also not clearing the thing about this medical issue.

before marriage if they have conceald the fact regarding health issues or some serious disease of your wife you can file for judicial separation on that ground and after that you can file for divorce .and I'd the family member are not telling you the truth then you can take to your wife to doctors and fi d out what's the problem with her then your queries will be defined and by that process you can take relief from the court

Can a modification of child maintenance be made to the decree 5 yrs after divorce has been granted?
