I am a married women has an extra marital affair from past 8 years.his wife continuously torturing,misbehaving,threatning and defaming me. I want to stop her withoutn Disturbing my boyfreind and her relationship pls suggest

Ideally you are in illegal relationship with him as both of you are married and have marital as well as social responsibilities towards your respective spouses. In such a circumstances, if both of you wish to lead a peaceful life together then you will have to get divorce and then marry together.

Well, you can only file a case of Defamation against your BF's Wife if she is defaming you in front of any Third Person or Society and as such her Defamatory Statements does not contain any truth or away from facts.

Hello, you can opt for filing a police complaint on the pretext that you both are colleagues of each other and his wife is doubting you without any reason and harassing you under Sec 506 of IPC. You can continue this relationship because adultery is not an offence as per judgment of Supreme Court.
