ydi apke husband apko boht Jada tang aur preshan kr rhe h to aap apne husband ke against dawey, Domestic Violence or maintance ka case file kr sakti h or nhi Kuch cases h Jo file kr skti h. Bina koi case file kiye apka Hal nhi niklega isliye ydi condition atyadhik gambhir h to aap Vichare kr sakti h

app kahah se baat kar rahe ho app jab tak koi legal action against husband and family member ke liye steps nahi uthao gi tab kaise nay milega agar kuch nahi krte ho to cruelty badti rahegi appo legal action lena hi padega jyada jankari ke liye ap muje call kr sakte ho

IPc ka Athwa 3/4 dowry prohibition act ke tahat ap uspe muqadma kar skti ha. yadi ap court me fasna nhi chahti ha to ap 1 application apne waqeel dwara likhwa kr court se binti kr skti ha ki apka masla mediation me jay. Jha par asani se masla suljh jayega Bina jyada court kachehri ke.
