498a cases itne serious nahi hai pr isme apko phle police bail then regular bail seek krni padgi court se isme apko jail ni hogi simple case chalega usse jda kuch ni or divorce k apka apna stand hai k dena chahte ho k nahi agar dena chahte ho to uske liye condition rkh skte ho k cases vps lelo or agar nahi dena to you can file a case under section 9 of HMA Act for restituion of conjugal rights

1. Jhootha Dahej aur Domestic Violence ka case: Agar aapke khilaf jhootha dahej aur domestic violence ka case kiya gaya hai, to aapko apni legal team ke sath milkar is case ka acche se samarthan karna hoga. Aapko yeh saboot aur gawah ikattha karne padenge jo aapki taraf se sahi praman de sakein. Us ladki ka naam agar likhvaya gaya hai jo aapke sath living relationship mein hai, to us ladki ko bhi iss mamle mein involved kiya ja raha hai, isliye usko bhi legal protection ke liye kuch steps lene honge.
2. Jail ho sakti hai ya nahi: Agar aapke khilaf yeh case prove ho jata hai to jail ki sambhavana ho sakti hai. Isliye aapko turant apne advocate ke sath milkar anticipatory bail ke liye apply karna chahiye taaki aapko jail se bachaya ja sake jab tak case ka faisla nahi ho jata.
3. Talak ke liye haan karna ya nahi: Agar aapki wife talak chahti hai, to yeh faisla aap par nirbhar karta hai. Agar aap dono ke beech sulah sambhav nahi hai aur aapka rishhta aage nahi chal sakta, to aap talak ke liye haan kar sakte hain.
