Meri wife ko gye huye 8 years ho gye ab use court se ex party divorce mil gya h but criminal case pending h kya ab wo khatam ho sakte h

Hello Sir Quashing of the 498A against you can be done through High Court , we can do is discuss in detail what were the chain of the events and recommend best methodology ahead. Also the divorce copy and FIR details would be required

nature of both the cases are different divorce is civil nature and the criminal case FIR lodged against you under section 498A/ 406/34 IPC you are advised to contest the respective criminal case on merit.

Hi there, divorce decree per se doesn't mean a criminal case will also be withdrawn. It's advisable to share the decree of divorce to know details based on which probablity of criminal cases withdrawal will be decided. You'll have to speak with your wife to withdraw it and then approach the concerned court.
