Mental violence against my sister

My sister got married last year in the month of December and from next month her in-laws started complaining about her that she don't cook well, she didn't bring this thing as per tradition, she don't know culture followed and they are mentally torturing her everyday including husband. Recently when she arrived home her weight was 39 kg from 55 kg before marriage. We are highly tensed like how to cope with her in-laws family. They always call to take her back home. We spent around 13 lakh in marriage and now this is happening.
In this scenario you on behalf of your sister or your sister herself needs to lodge a complaint immediately in women cell against the harassment being subjected upon her by her in-laws and husband.
