Mental torture and cheating law for hindu religion

Hello there, I have got with him on feb 2019, and just after 4days of marrige i came to know that he is having an affair with a married women and keep talking and meeting her. After a week of marrige we have gone for vacations and there I caught him with his watsapp msgs with that lady, and in the whole chat only one thing is mentioned that i will give divorce to my wife but i will not leave you. Also he has used very bad world for me like, "mujhe us chudail, gawar se shadi nai karni thi mere ghrvalo ne jbrjsti meri shadi kara di". Even before 2-3 months of my marrige i have caught him with a girl in a car but all my family members doesn't support me at that time also and forced me for marrige. Now its been 4 months i am at his home, he never gave me a single rs. For my expenses, also he is not allowing me to join any job, he keep me bound in this 4 walls of the house. Also he kept the door lock from outside we he leaves from the house
