Mental harassment by wife and her family ,asking money for no reason..

Sir,my wife and her family is harassing me mentally ,my wife left home one and half years before without any reason and she is not coming back ..her parents came to our home for the decision and they told that their daughter doesn't want to live with me but now they are harassing me mentally and threatening me of filing false case ..please suggest what can I do ?

you should file a FIR and at the same time notice to your wife only shake of her knowledge ( which will accomplish legal issue which I will frame , that will support in filing Divorce), then immediately file the divorce, or 498a before CJM at District court. consult for legal needful l3gal direction
