01-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has filed an domestic violence case on me and my family. As whatever allegations she has done is false and i have ample amount of evidence to prove her wrong. My wife is demanding property in her name only to settle the matter is it a ground for mental cruelty can i get divorce on this point. Can permanent alimony be avoided by court considering her vague demands

Yes definitely if you have ample evidence you don't need to get disturbed. If you have proper case then go with proper evidence and provide proper information to your advocate then case will be yours.
