Mental and physical harassment by wife

There were mistakes happened at both end, at wife end and at husband end.
Now wife denying her mistakes and put all blame on husband.
I am trying to clear all mess for last 2-3 weeks, but wife gets disappear without any information from her hostel.
Can I file charges against my wife ??
May I know from which city do you belong and when was your marriage take place and is there anything you reported anywhere have you file any formal complaint is there any child from your wedlock time of your separation

If you want her back in your life then better you file case of restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of hindu marriage act. Filing charges won’t help you. RCR will help you in many ways In Future litigation.
