there is a law which states that after marriage parents should not interfere in their childrens life and you cannot stop her from entering the house for which you need a court order but to prove all of that gather strict proof or else you yourself will in trouble and later incase if you have to file a case proving shall be difficult

First try to resolve and if not possible, think over whether you want a divorce. If you want one, you first approach your wife for a mutual consent divorce and give your best effort in it, since the same is less expensive, less time consuming and less troublesome. However, if she isn't agreeable, go for a divorce on the ground of cruelty. Also take prior steps to have legal shield if you anticipate false criminal case by her. All the best and regards.

you did not disclose what kind of threat she is giving to you; what kind of injury you sustained and why she is doing all these with you. However, for getting respite from your wife you may lodge complaint to police and also instiute a a civil case for judicial separation or divorce.
