Medical Fraudulent done without any prior information before marriage.

Hi,nMy name is Prashant and I got married in 21st of June 2022. My issue is before marriage I don't know about the medical issues with my wife, and they didn't ever told me about this even after asking. My wife is having a genetic problem in right hand side leg which can not be treated, moreover their family members are also not clearing the thing about this medical issue.

Hi Sir, As per the facts states by you, if there is a serious medical ailment which affects your marital relationship and it can not be treated, probably you can go for annulment of marriage if you wish to. before marriage if they have conceald the fact regarding health issues or some serious disease of your wife you can file for judicial separation on that ground and after that you can file for divorce .and I'd the family member are not telling you the truth then you can take to your wife to doctors and fi d out what's the problem with her then your queries will be defined and by that process you can take relief from the court

You can go to declare your marriage voidable if the facts the in laws or your wife hide something from you or conceal the facts which cause to difficulties to live with your wife or conceal anything from you regarding anything which is important to a relation,, or if not like that than u can also go for 13 hma after one year of marriage.. And if the condition is serious than u can also file divorce anytime if it is dangerous to live with your partner
