13-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi myself neha . Actually my husband filed for divorce , due to his affair with a colleague in his office. We appealed for mediation and the judge order the same. The counsellor called him many times but he said his lawyer has told him that he will not attend to mediation without court notice. What shd be done next .

Hello Ms Neha you can file an application bringing the conduct of your husband in notice of the court subsequently summons can be issued from the court and on his appearance the court can direct him to appear for mediation. If you wish you can get in touch with me to discuss about the case in detail Regards

You should apply to the court asking for the direction specifically to your husband to appear else to contempt of case. Once the mediation has been initiated then cannot be ignored Please feel free to reach out for further assistance
