If you can prove that whatever your husband has put allegations to get the right of restitution is wrong then it will be your point that he is only harassing you and if you believe that you are not ready to rejoin his company and want divorce then you can proceed and can file divorce on cruelty grounds.

please see mediation is to see whether there can be any type of compromise or settlement between you and your husband, the mediators will try their level best to find a solution between you and your husband, further if there is no settlement reached the case will proceed and in that if you prove that his allegations are false and there are valid reasons for you to stay seperate then the court will dismiss his case filed for restitution of conjugal rights.

Dear Madam, You may submit a Memo by yourself saying that you are ready to continue the marriage and ask the Judge to dismiss the RCR filed by the husband and thus enter into matrimonial house and exercise your full rights by filing multiple cases against him like Domestic Violence and 498A of IPC.
