Me and my wife working in government sector.. married for 3 years I have a baby boy 18 months and she is pregnant now we had an argument and I left the house and her parents take my son to their home and she is living alone can I take back my son from in-laws home as she was in different city can I take my son back their parents are not responding to my calls and ignoring to talk what should I do???it's been 2 months now.. I am hindu
sir you have to given a police complaint against your in laws and if police not accepting your complaint , then you have to file a direction petition to direct the police to register for against your in laws for illegal custody of your child...

You have to file a case for child custody and as an Interim application you need to seek visitation rights. Getting custody is difficult sice the child is small and the custody will remain only with the mother. Visitation rights can be achieved via court.
