Moola Patram, you mean, Parent Document, if so, you can take an Encumbrance Certificate , for the survey number in the schedule of property in the current docuemnt, for the last 50 Yrs from the Register office after paying the required fees. It will give you all the transactions happend on the survey number. Based on the transactions you can apply for the certified copy of all the transactions.

My question is without trail or asking me anything the judge has ordered to give 50% of my salary as a monthly maintenance and the arrears money also for 3 years but in corona time there is no job for nearly 15 months i don't know why judge did that i think he is doing favour for my wife side because there lawyer is big and have lot of influence. Dear sir, you can challenge the interim order in appeal citing the irregularities.you had to file required proof about your income to substantiate your case and also your wife's income.in appeal there are probabilities interim award would be modified.
