Me and my Husband are seperated for 18 months, I am living with my Parents and he is living with his mother in rented house. Now I want to reconcile but my Husband is not showing interest, nnCan I forecfully enter the house and stay in his house (he has CCTV cameras installed both inside and outside the house)?nnI am afraid that my Husband's mother may file cases against me or call police and send me out.My Husband is not afraid of any cases and Court cases takes years so looking for alternate options.

you can file a case of domestic violence and in that you can get the order from the court to reside in the house and an order not to evict you from the house, you can get maintenance order and you can either get an order to reside in shared household where your husband is residing or you can ask to provide an alternative arrangements for your residence. By taking orders from court you can enter the house only in order to get help of police if they deny or restrain you from entering the house though you have every right to reside in that house even without court orders, but better to approach court and get orders for residence to avoid conflicts and for your security. you can also get other protection orders from court.

You not have not stated under what circumstances you and your husband have separated and are leaving separately till now and whether there are any legal issues between you pending before any Court.. I do not think entering husband's house forcefully will be a good option for you as his mother is also there with him.
