Matual divorce timing and remarriage during producer

Me and my husband decided to get matual divorce and wants to know below points,
1. How long it will take to get divorce?
2. Is there any way to get asap?
3. Shall i remarry after filling petition and before getting decree?
4. Is separation is valid on stamp paper under 2-3 witnesses?
5. Is it possible marry before over the divorce procedure with concent sign by husBand on paper that he dont have any problem
As per your query
1. minimum duration for obtaining divorce after filing of petition in court is 6 months.
2. need to regularly attend the court dates for obtaining divorce as early as possible.
3. after obtaining divorce both the parties are free to marry.
4. date of separation need to be mentioned in the petition which should be minimum 1 year.

divorce for mutual consent can be filed if you are living separately from since last one year. The cooling period is of six months after filing petition however u can get urgent divorce by waiving of six months period provided the reason you are having. You can marry anywhere but divorce happens only in court and no stamp paper . Before divorce decree you cannot remarry.
