Matual divorce timing and remarriage during producer

Me and my husband decided to get matual divorce and wants to know below points,
1. How long it will take to get divorce?
2. Is there any way to get asap?
3. Shall i remarry after filling petition and before getting decree?
4. Is separation is valid on stamp paper under 2-3 witnesses?
5. Is it possible marry before over the divorce procedure with concent sign by husBand on paper that he dont have any problem
