Matrimony registration before divorce

Myself and my wife are separated for the past 9 months.We have filed for divorce by mutual consent by November 2021 and it is pending,she has registered in multiple matrimonial websites for 2nd marriage by December 2021.She has stated that she is already divorced and mentioned it as "Divorced - null and void".Is it possible to take any action against her and family?nReligion- Hindu
Yes, it is illegal to state the your wife is divorced when the case is pending. But, the petition being divorce by mutual consent if you raise this issue it will create unnecessary turmoil and it may have impact on the divorce proceedings. If there is any advantage for you if you report the issue then you can go ahead. Otherwise try to move on with new start.

yes you can take action. Defamation proceedings can be initiated against her and moreover if you are opposing for mutual at the time of evidence stage then petition will be dismissed and she has to file separate divorce petition.
