Matrimony issue , pregnancy and emotional trauma

6 mnths pregnant and working. Hsbnd doesn't take care of my medical expense nor stay with me. the expense are solely borne by me. He doesn't call me or receive my call or reply to any of my msg. Neither does my in laws. How'ever he use to give me 10k every month after marriage for 4 months( Feb to May 2024) as pocket money and after that he stopped. He again started giving pocket money from October 2024. Now he only states that to adjust within that amount. 16 months of marriage.
