Me and my wife get divorce in June 2019..some of the condition in mutual divorce of my wife side is remaining. She told in court that she completed the condition as early as possible..but still she not completed the condition. I ask her about that,she not response me.I need advice
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that your wife has not completed the obligation towards the mutual consent divorce made before the court, hence it is suggested that, you should first approach the lawyer to whom you appointed fo file your divorce petition, he will guide you if not then please feel free to call me for the same.

you can file an application for execution of the consent terms executed between you and your wife. since your wife has not complied with the terms and conditions of the mutual consent petition you can ask the court to set aside the mutual consent order and to comply with the terms and conditions thereof..

You had mentioned brother the year of divorce but you had not mentioned the terms. If such terms you feel not mention on screen you have to discuss. If court had passed decree after going through that then it's your legal right to execute the same.
