Matrimonial matter ... Divorce on the ground of separation
04-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is residing separately for more than two years. Not receiving phone calls, not responding to letters , emails. We are Hindu. Marriage was under special marriage act.
if your wife is not staying with you for the last 2 years and also receiving your phone then the only left for you is to file a suit for divorce before your local district Court on the grounds of desertion.

Then if you want you can file a divorce against your wife and let me know the place of marriage and since when you are living separately and let us know the date and 0lace of marriage and your place from where you belong
In my opinion you can file a case under section 22 of the Special Marraige Act, for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and if the court passes RCR Decree is in your favour then you can file divorce petition.
