Agar kisi ki wife or uske ghrwale apni marriage certificate m apne ap ko unmarried btaye jo uski pichli shadi lgbg 7 years phle ho chuki thi vah shadi m proper talak b na hua ho to pichli shadi k proof khud jodne hoge ya police janch m aa jyge ab kya kre sir?

Hello there.. asisa karna ek aapradha hai and dandaniya hai.. aap iske khilaf sidha FIR kara sakte hai.. and rest police sub janch me saboot ekattha kar legi.. this is a case of Forgery and Cheating. you can consult for more information.

Agar kisi ne shadi Kar li hai jabki already woh shadishuda thi aur uska divorce bhi nahi hua hai tou yeah ek criminal offense hai jiski FIR sambandhit police station main karwana padega. police apni investigation main pehle wali shadi ka proof doodne ki koshish karegi lekin efforts aapko bhi karna padega uske pehle husband ke baare main jankari nikalna padega and police ko woh jankari dena padega.

agar apke pas koi proof ha ki wo pahle se shadishuda ha or phir se shadi kar raha ha wo bhi pahli biwi ke rahte. to wo proof aap police ko dekar bigamy ka case darj kara sakte hai. koi bhi hindu vyakti pahli biwi ya pati ke jinda rahte dusri shadi nahi kar sakta yeh kanoonan apradh ha.
