Married since 2 months never lived together how to ger divorce

I have been married since two month back. It was a court marriage but we did not lived together. Now his parents are not ready to take me with them and he is also ready to let me go from his life. Now I also want to get seperate from him. What can i do in it?
You can take mutual divorce if both parties are ready.you should file a mutual divorce petition for 13-B before the principal judge in the family court.if you want take maintenance you can take also.

If you both have agreed to live separately, there will not be any issue. File a divorce petition before concern court on the ground of mutual consent. Though , the court will ask for conciliation, but if both of you don't agree, court will grant divorce decree.

If you both of parties are ready then you can seek divorce by mutual consent but as per law divorce can be granted only passing of one year of marriage. You may file the divorce petition before the competent Court of jurisdiction but it's finality will attain only after passing of 12 month of marriage
