Married for less than a month and need divorce

Hi, Me and my wife married 30 days back. But due to daily heated arguments we both think that it was a wrong choice to get married. Will it be possible to divorce immediately since the marriage has not yet been conceived.
For judicial separation, divorce petition can only be filed after 1 year of marriage according to hindu marriages act.
It is better to hold meetings between the parents and relatives from both the sides and try to convince each other for maintaining the marriage.

Considering facts mentioned by you. it is not possible to get divorce after one month of marriage. There are period mentioned in the law so at this stage you cannot file for divorce on any ground.

You both can move with document of Memorandum of understanding and specifically mention that after mandatory period of separation you both will file divorce Petition by mutual consent. Or you both can show previous date of marriage if marriage is not Registered one.
