It will definatwy take time if you move to court but yes you can claim divorce from your husband ans also u can claim maintainance from you husband. If there is any child than you can file maintainance onbehalf of your child also

You have converted from hindu to muslim or not. If yes, then you have to file a suit for declaration for divorce.
If you have not converted then you can file a suit to declaire you marr8age as void.

If he is already married, the marriage with you is a voidable marriage. Court will cancel the marriage if you file an application. You are also entitled for maintenance for yourself and your minor child. FIR can be lodged against him under section 376 ie Rape. Bcoz he has committed fraud and the consent was taken on the false promise. Revert me what you want. All the best.

You can get divorce from your husband by filing a divorce petition under the provisions of "Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939". Concealing about first marriage and wife and inducing to marry you is a fraud and cruelty as well. You r very much entitled for divorce by court. For further clarification, you may contact me.
