Marriage has been done by saying that girl is working, but she is not

Marriage was on 17 march 2024. Girl side said that she is working, but she doesn't have any working experience.. But we were looking for a girl who is working.. So now we are all very disappointed how they have buit a relationship with us.. Groom is thinking to divorce.. Need an advice on this

Hi. At time marriage,concealment of material fact from any party to marriage, amount to cruelty and cheating to opposite party. But this issue can be solved by amicably. But legally you have grounds for divorce.

Dear Sir, The groom can file the Divorce on the ground of misrepresentation of facts thus cheating the groom. Normally, no divorce petition will be entertained within one year of marriage unless there is allegation of adultery or carrying at the time of marriage or misrepresentation etc. It seems you have a case to go for Divorce even before expiry of one year of marriage.

1. you can file a cheating case against the wife and their family members. 2. you can file divorce case for cheating you and to get rid of your wife. 3. you can file the mutual consent divorce case also
