Marriage Fraud - Groom's educational qualification Lie before marriage

Groom claimed to be graduate before marriage. After 1 year of marriage, groom was found to be only 12th Pass. Need a quick separation so that we the bride side can settle our girl again.

Madam as you have mentioned that the education of the groom your husband at the time of wedding was just 12 standard and he has claimed that his graduated. It's a well for the separation And you can claim for a divorce under section 13Of the Hindu marriage act. Delhi High Court as well as Supreme Court of India held it categorically that this is a fair circumstances of cheat and a case of breach of trust
