Marriage Fraud - Groom's educational qualification Lie before marriage

Groom claimed to be graduate before marriage. After 1 year of marriage, groom was found to be only 12th Pass. Need a quick separation so that we the bride side can settle our girl again.

It's a well for the separation And you can claim for a divorce under section 13Of the Hindu marriage act. Delhi High Court as well as Supreme Court of India held it categorically that this is a fair circumstances of cheat and a case of breach of trust
