kya women mutual divorce me shadi me kiya gya banquet, or husband ko gift me diya hua gold or cash ki mang kr skti hai kuki wife ne apna poora stri dhan wapis de diya hai pls btaye wo job nhi krti hai or uske pas jo savings to wo shadi me lga chuki thi

Ji haan, mutual divorce ke dauraan patni apna stridhan (jaise sona, cash, etc.) ki wapas maang kar sakti hai agar vo abhi tak uske paas nahi hai. Lekin agar patni ne apna poora stridhan pehle hi wapas le liya hai, to shaadi ke kharche (jaise banquet, gifts, savings jo shaadi me kharch hui) ki wapsi general law ke tahat maangna sambhav nahi hota, kyunki ye sab voluntary expenditure mana jata hai. Haan, agar koi written agreement ya loan ka pramaan ho, to alag se civil claim kiya ja sakta hai.

Generally, they don't ask for it but if she's asking it's advisable to negotiate with her. Basically, it can be put in terms and conditions of divorce agreement. It's advisable to provide further information to assist you better.

Hello I can understand the pain you are suffering In mutual divorce you can ask for stree dhan and all the expenses you have done in the marriage. Don't foregt to attest the bills in mutual divorce petition. Thank you

हाँ, mutual divorce (आपसी तलाक) की स्थिति में पत्नी अपने द्वारा शादी में लगाए गए गहने, उपहार, कैश आदि की वापसी मांग सकती है, खासकर जब उसने अपना पूरा स्त्रीधन वापस कर दिया हो और खुद कमाने का कोई साधन न हो। यदि वह जॉब नहीं करती और शादी में अपनी सेविंग्स खर्च कर चुकी है, तो वह पति से मुआवज़े या खर्च की मांग कर सकती है। यह मांग आपसी सहमति से तलाक की अर्जी में दर्ज होनी चाहिए।

As per MOU/SETTLEMENT mutual divorce file hota hai or agar settlement se extra wife kuch ask krti hai toh mutual divorce fail ho jayega...baki koi penalty ya condition hui apke settlement me....contact us for free legal advice.
